i'm so thrilled with my stay, you guys!

the main buffet is really nice. i especially liked the dessert table, yum! the service is perfect and all the staff is really nice and good too. i enjoyed the private area near the beach, it had good chairs and it was a calm area. plus, the big pool area was so cool and the rooms had a good size. this trip was amazing!

the staff was super friendly, and they always greeted guests with a smile, this. they assisted me with directions, and helped me book excursions. the service was quick and efficient.

the hotel is situated near the beach, a very short walk brings you there. many shops and restaurants were close and easy to get to. transport links are also nearby, including bus stops and taxi stands.

the hotel features a very large pool area with a lot of sun loungers and parasols for everyone to use. there is a gym equipped with treadmills and weights. it opens early, so that everyone can visit at any time.

The food was acceptable with a balance of local dishes and simpler options.
The reception staff was not consistently helpful, and some were quite rude. I was on the 3rd floor after asking for a ground floor room and had to keep asking every day. It was tiresome. the hotel charges extra for the safe. I have never seen this before, it is ridiculous

the pool area was very clean. there were always enough sunbeds! the room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced. it was a standard room, providing ample storage space.
